1.day
You will be accommodated in a small boutique
mansion amidst Goriška Brda, owned by a wine growing family, producing renowned Slovenian sparkling wines (Decanter award).
You will be welcomed by a friendly proprietress and offered a welcome bottle of sparkling wine, which you can drink during your stay there.
There are only two boutique rooms in the mansion, adding to a more intimate atmosphere.
You can choose between a room in a rustic modern style, with a bath in the middle of the room, and a conventional one (separate bathroom).
Candles, roses, massage oil give the rooms an extra romantic touch.
We wish you got away from your daily routine and enjoy your stay with your partner.
In the afternoon sparkling wine tasting with nibbles served and a wine cellar visit take place.
In the evening a romantic Brda dinner with candles and romantic music will be prepared for you by the mansion proprietress herself.
2.day
In the morning you have breakfast served in bed at the time agreed upon in advance (it can also be served on the terrace or in a wine tasting room overlooking vineyards).
The day free for exploring Goriška Brda (bikes to rent).
Wine tasting with nibbles served at a world renowned wine grower at his gorgeous estate.
Dinner in a manor house of haute cuisine. A boutique manor offers homemade meat products (salami, smoked ham), overlooking vineyards.
3.day
After breakfast you have time at your own disposal.
At the end of your vacation we plan a goodbye dinner in a romantic fish restaurant in Nova Gorica, situated on a pond, offering a romantic atmosphere for those in love: water, fish, water lilies and haute cuisine.
